Privacy policy

Last updated: November 8, 2026

This policy explains what information Zablotska Hair Academy ("we", "us"), run by Yuliia Zablotska in Pennsylvania, USA, collects on zablotskahairacademy.com and in our emails, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@zablotskahairacademy.com.

What we collect

What you give us in our forms: your first name and email address, and, where a form asks, your phone number, Instagram handle and your answers about your hairstyling experience and goals.
Email activity: whether you open our emails and which links you click, so we know what's useful and stop emailing people who aren't reading.
Technical information: your IP address and browser details when you submit a form, used only to keep out spam and abuse. Links may carry a tag showing where you came from (for example Instagram).

We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell your information.

How we use it

To run any promotion you enter and to contact winners.
To send you the emails you signed up for: lessons and news about our courses and mentorship. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To reply to your application or message and, if you ask for one, to arrange a video call on Google Meet.
To keep the site secure and working.

We don't send text messages.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site and our email, each of which handles your information on our behalf:

Kit (ConvertKit) — our email list and emails.
Google Cloud — hosts our forms and stores form answers.
Google Meet — our video calls, if you book one.
Google Fonts — the fonts on this site. Loading a page shares your IP address with Google.
Cloudflare — hosts and protects this website.
Zoho Mail — our email inbox, when you write to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're on our list or while we're working with you. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it, except where we must keep a record by law.
